Tamworth Photographic Club is established with the objectives set out in its constitution and
is a data controller within the United Kingdom.
The personal information referred to in this Policy may include name, contact details, service
records, records of entries to events, and such other information as may be necessary for the
effective management of the legitimate interests of Tamworth Photographic Club.
Any person wishing to verify the information held by Tamworth Photographic Club may apply to
the secretary.
Tamworth Photographic Club collects and holds personal data regarding:
1. Committee and its members.
2. Others necessary for the conduct of the business of the club, ie. Judges and lecturers.
3. Photographers as the creators of images used in the activities of the club. This information
may be used in the publication of results, awards, or other publicity relating to the club.
Tamworth Photographic Club may retain historical archives to records of meetings, handbooks,
awards and other events.
