Natural History Competition
The annual Natural History Competition is to be held on Wednesday 8th February 2012.
There will be two levels of competition: novice/intermediate and advanced. The judge, Tony Wharton FRPS AFIAP will award certificates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and highly commended at each level. The author of the best novice/intermediate print will receive the Avocet trophy; the Heron trophy will be presented for the best advanced print.
Members may enter a maximum of 10 prints.
Guidelines on what constitutes a natural history print:
- One or more organisms living free and unrestricted in a natural or adopted habitat.
- Domesticated animals and cultivated plants are not eligible.
